This is very fun, and I love the video and graphics. Also, this is probably just because of me using an old mac but still, I noticed that when in the main menu/starting the level/dying there are very severe framedrops. In the level itself though everything is super smooth!

Hi, I'm a noob godot programmer, and I really like this game. Will you accept money in exchange of the code? I want to learn how to do things from a real project. All youtube tutorials just show how to make a platform game. Best regards.

Hi! I'm glad you liked the game! Maybe I can share with you some pieces of code if you want. You can message me on twitter if you will @neurotremolo

Hi, Thanks for the reply. Actually I'd be more interested in how to handle nodes /scenes (they are very ambiguous to me), "inheritance" (or so call), importing, autoloading, how to change scenes, etc, and engine stuff related. I don't know if you did all that in the project, but I'm sure it's better than most of the youtube tutorials.

The code per se is not the most important thing to me. So, maybe it would be enough if you share some screenshots of that kind of things. But it's up to you. Thanks for sharing your game.

Best regards.

Yeah I wouldn't mind to explain some of those things to you the best I can. I'm no expert but I know some things hehe. Is there any other medium where we could talk like discord or twitter?

I have discord, but I have no idea about how it works. I joined Godot channel, but now I cannot see it. It's related to my account actions, but I'm not still sure.

On the other hand, I found a strange behaviour (in my opinion) on your game. On 5th level (maybe it's on everyone), sometimes I react a bit late and touch the inside area of a wall (6x6 with square hole in the center), and the ship does not lose the wing (no explosion), just decrease its speed. I have no capture card, so I cannot show it to you.

I'll tell something about discord when I discover what I have to do.

My discord user is boquetipo.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it!

Looks great, can't wait to try it! Is an Android version planned?

Thanks! Not at the moment but I can consider it :)

i did not think i would enjoy it as much honestly, lovely game and asthetics, i would recommend however adjusting the audio, the menu clicking sounds are a bit too loud when picking the levels.

Pretty solid tho well done!

Hey I'm glad you found the game enjoyable. You are right about the audio, I should put mote time into that. Thank you! :D

Hi! For some reason on MacOS the executable has a text doc type and the game can't be launched :(

Hmmm that's weird I'll look into it

I'm not sure about how it is supposed to be for macOS users, but isn't it enough to put the app into aplications to use it?

Alright I was able to replicate this issue on a test Godot project when exporting to .zip. When I exported to .dmg everything works, you should try it

I can only see the option to export it as .zip, what am I doing wrong?

Aw, dang. I guess .dmg is only available when exporting on Mac...

Found this issue: github

Oh No :(

Some macOS users can play the game just opening the zip file, I still don't know what is happening with the macOS version

U can play the game by downloading it on Itch.io Mac Version!
